Makasih everyone, will keep you informed while over there. May need some help info wise. Addicted, he has a slow gangrene and at the end of the foot, it is totally burned from having no feeling and it caught fire, dont know how, Ive only been given the details over last three months as it was a taboo subject apparently. My daughter would kill me if she knew i was putting it out there (for his sake). They are both 28 and should know there are people who can help in many ways, even if it is just advice. Here we have no problems. Addicted, dont know the standard of medical care, but probably can only stay in hospital as long as we pay and then out..should I keep dressing on it at home (no aircon etc) or leave it exposed to dry out and can I put an antiseptic powder on it, what sort of dressing do you recommend?. Also as the water will be local stuff, do you bathe it normally or what? Maybe it is all okay there, but after living there for two years, you have to expect the unexpected and do it yourself.
As it will be in Jawa, although he normally lives and works in Bali, I have no idea of what I am getting into, and Burti, thank you, I realise that for both of them the pyschological trauma will be worse. Thank you so much everyone for your time.
