I have been brought up to beleive that Brisket is like Corned Beef.We used to have corned beef and sometimes Corned Brisket which was the same flavour but juicier as it had more fat content.Loved them both !! I know they sell it in Coles in the bag like moccha says.Didnt know you could steam it and have only ever had it with onion sauce or mustard sauce and vegies...yummy winter tucker.
