Sorry, we have leased the land for 20 years with further options,not bought.
I know my spelling isn't the best, but my judge of character
(oops,not sure of that spelling) is usually very good. We have got to know Shrek very well over the past 5 years and I trust him more than my own brother.
We have told Shrek, of all our concerns re the true owner of the land etc.etc. Our 2 balinese families names are on the lease and it will revert to them if we fall off the perch. I am 99.9999% sure that our 2 families are looking out for us as we are them.
