Have stayed at both the Dynasty and the Bali Hai. I enjoy the dynasty better as i like to have fun and meet other people. The Bali Hai is a similar in buildings and roms etc but is a lot quieter.
Wouldnt have a problem with recommending it as it is a nice place with a quieter atmosphere than the Dynasty cheers
