for a refund.I booked my tickets direct with jetsar by phone and also was charged twice. After numerous calls to customer services, i was told (3 times) that my refund would be fast tracked.Ha ha.This occured on 16/10/2006 and i am still waiting.I think the refund will be a good christmas present !
