That is most unsatisfactory and i too am not happy with jet star. With Quantas we had no trouble but have had problems with booking as well. It's sorted now but i find it really silly to charge for meals, a pillow, headsets lol. We paid about $800.00 each so you would think they could squeeze a disgusting inflight meal in....and a little pillow lol.
