as an ex karratha ite for 20+ years i found flying out of hedland to bali a breeze less hassle at customs usually only a couple of dozen people flying, we flew with merpati airline which has since stopped flying, we went to bail 6 times via headland once out of broome and 3 time from perth. now booking and looking for next year cheers for the info.
