Doubt if there will be a problem using the QANTAS Lounges in Australia, but I doubt you'll get into it at Denpasar. When flying Australian Airlines (Qantas Subsidary) you couldn't get in.
Be interesting to see if QANTAS will even keep the Denpsasr Lounge, I can't see any Qantas flights going in there at all once Jetstar kicks in.
