Thanks jayde, it sounds easy enough & tasty, I did ask one guy at the Secret Garden in poppies 1 & he said it was cooked in soya sauce & spices, & his was bloody delicious..i will try your recipe for tea tommorrow night after i've got all me vegies, see my hubby rarely eats vegies & whilst in bali last month he was hooked on this..thanks again max
