this is a very simple recipe for cap cay ,dont even know if its right but tastes great
fry (do not burn garlic just cook on low) garlic and onion about five min then add water and stock ,seafood if your doing seafood or chicken stock if doing chicken. Once boiling add chicken first for about fifteen min then vege what ever you like u know cabbage carrot spinach ect if having seafood add in the last few min of cooking veg as seafood dosnt take long season with salt and pepper to taste if you like the water to be a little bit thick add cornflour and water (mix about a tsp of cornflour and alittle water in cup then add )serve with bawang goreng(fried onion) and enjoy.it's not the correct recipe but easy and tastes great my hubby loves it!!!!
