Where's best to shop in bali & Prices???

Can anyone help me on where is the best place to shop in bali as we staying in Leigan and also what prices should you pay for a pair of shorts or t-shirts/tanktops etc. Do they sell frangipani's in Bali if so where. Leaving to bali tomorrow Tues 7th Cheers all
