we have been on a day trip to the northern side of bali several times due to going with different people to bali and we enjoy just as much evertime. it is a fairly long trip (about ten hours)but it is well worth it. on the trip you head to all those places you mentioned. we go with ER tours and it ends up being about $30 each.
