x factor as per Denise said is the fact that from Perth it is only 3 1/2 hours and to travel anywhere to get away in Western Australia is more than 3 hours, and to travel in your own country cost twice as much than to travel overseas, so for me it is the travel time, the beautiful freindly people and the fact the we get so much more for our money and variety for only 31/2 hours away, you cant beat that.
