We live in Western Australia, so flight over only takes 3 hours, it is cheaper for us to fly to bali than to fly to other parts of Australia. WA has a great summer, but it does get cold in winter so we try to escape the cold and go to Bali $ permitting, the benefits-- Beautiful weather, great friendly people, total relaxation, cheap massages and beauty treament(from a female point of view), Cheap air/accom packages from WA, and no cooking for two weeks or making the beds or house work for me--pure bliss and meals are so cheap and yummy, we are booked Sept/Oct 07
