that similar things happen on the streets of St Kilda in Melbourne and Kings Cross in Sydney here in Australia, only it usually occurs in darkened laneways and sleezy street corners at night.... only the "kids" in your version are replaced by whores and drug addicts and the "adults" are replaced by pimps and drug dealers.....so what is your point Jacinta ????
I agree it is sad...we have all seen it in Bali, it's not pleasant and it certainly dampens ones spirit when on holidays.... but it's life....so cruel.... but it's life and it happens everywhere in the world not just in Bali.
