did you know, that most times, the beggars on the street who carry kids, babies/toddlers or even school kids... actually "borrow" other peoples children, so people in cars etc might have more sympathy for them?
Did you know that any younger beggar on the street alone usually has to "pay" any money given to them, to an adult that hides out of sight? because "the adult" controls that area/traffic light and says who can "work the street"
