It is unlikely that you will miss your connection, but this year it happened to us. We were flown back to Melbourne and booked onto a direct flight next day. It did not cost us anything and I received compensation from insurance for extra taxi fares and the missed nights accommodation. It was with Qantas and the ticket had domestic to Sydney then international to Bali. I would think that your Jetstar ticket would be similar. I know Jetsaver class cannot be refunded if cancelled, but it is rough if they will not honour the ticket when it is their fault a connection was not made.
