Gives you 30 days (if you need to stay longer arrange a tourist visa for 60 days before you go)
Get off the plane , go to the VOA booth, pay the money & get the receipt.
Take it to the counters behind...first person affixes visa to passport & second person behind does the stamping for immigration.
Then you go through Xray & then to the luggage carousel & out through customs.
