MAY want to fly to bali, but it doesnt follow that they will be allowed to.Any airline needs to be given permission from both countries to commence international flights and it would also depend on availability of landing slots at bali airport, which only has one runway so is obviously restricted to how many flights can land per day, domestic and international.Just because bali is not as busy as it used to be,tourist numbers, does not mean that airlines dont have permission for 6 landings per day and currently only use 2 or 3 of them, which in itself would restrict other airlines,IE jetstar will be taking over the slots that A/A already have not new ones.
