snorkelling and Alila Manggis

any advice on where to do the best snorkelling Bali? I've been looking at the Mimp Menjangen and also the Alila Manggis. Any advice on these or other snorkelling sites would be gratefully received - also any advice on these properties or on the Zen resort would also be much appreciated. Thank you.Also, is snorkelling OK in mid-to-late March?
