AT LEAST 60kgs of clothes, usually in about 4 big bags. We've never had a problem, not once. ONe year we brought in a BBQ for our indonesian sister. Customs thought they were onto a good thing there, and got all excited about the possible fine. I just played dumb, and said, it only cost$30, what possible interest could it be? They looked very dissapointed, and that was the end of the matter. I would be astounded to see you having serious trouble, and my attitude has allways been that I would point out to them the terrible shame and karma for anyone to be robbing orphans...
