last year we took over an extra large bag - which Garuda had kindly let us take excess with no charge - and when we arrived in Bali we were taken into the back office - my husband was asked for money and told them to somewhere not very nice I had been forwarned about this so I then went into the back office - they didn't ask me for money but I knew to ask for a receipt which I then gave to the orphanage concerned and their driver went to the airport later on and claimed the bag has anyone else had this problem - as this time I am going to try and cram it all into a large suitcase but it would just be so much easier if I could take the extra bag over as I have so much this time I know Filo takes lots over have you ever had this problem??
