We worked out the cost of doing all the food, 'cos we'd have to buy everything, not quite the same as when you just use what's in the pantry, and the price was roughly equivilant. IIRR it cost about 500,000 for all those people. The kids had balloons, we brought a few, but Maccas provided some more, and music.
