as long as the targeted surface does not have a tile with holy picture on it(trust you have seen those), and let it flow.
A lot of the pillars of the highway flyover are uniformly stained brown from about 1 meter down, on 4 sides.
saw a man letting it flow on the road shoulder of the highway. guess he was urgent. At the side street, open drain or close drain is not an issue, if there is a business need to be done, it is business as usual. It is all done very casually, or just do it. The motorcycle taxi drivers are not very choosy of loaction when they have to answer nature's call.
Just my observation in the context of toilet & hand of this friendly city with nice curry, colourful dress and beautiful people where you are living now. Any movie stars. Sure you have something more juicy to share:)
BTW, have you seen hotel buffet dinner still serving at midnight??
