One of those days when u should never leave the house,my daughter got hair extenions, while she was getting them I nearly got a tattoo.but husband said please wait & get one in australia, then I decided to get hair extenions too.Thats fine but my hair is short &spiky, sooo she had put glue in to hold some,to put it mildly i looked like something from the rocky horrer picture show!!And then realising i had to get them cut out at the roots, suddenly made me very depressed! It was a great joke at work, and my collegues made the most of it(as i work in a hospital)Bob Marley posters greeted me when i arrived. They only lasted 7days and i got my husband to hack them out,now i am wearing a bandana until my fringe grows back, still picking out the glue!!!ha One lesson learned
When in bali we get a fake tatoo every year,no problem, this year we did the same, two weeks later when the tat was wearing off my husbands arm starts to kind of blister exactly where the ink was. This got very bad, even with antibiotic cream etc he may be scarred permanantly, tattoo was done on the16th june, just getting better this week,I would hate to see this happen to somebodies child,I've heard of this but neverseen it til now.Just a warning. Two lessens learned.
Do not give your phone no to people even if u think there nice, this is our third year at same hotel, and we have had an sms asking for money for sick father withinthe first week home. This is someone we were very kind to while in bali. But we r not a bank, just average working people.Three lessons learned.
Nearly got ripped off at pt central money changer across from Loji's mini market on padma utara, very surprised I expected that from some of the guys down a side street! In the middle of counting my 600,000 she asked if a had any small notes,so I put the money down, got the notes, think she hoped I would'nt the money again, but always very careful,50,000 short!!I was'nt going back in there again, but did, different girl serving everything ok.
That all I think,maybe one more tomorrow,seonaid
