well that is that unknown ppl often come up to me with their arms outstretched for a hug .. I thought it happened to everone ! Maybe being female often on my own ( with a bouncy bosom ! ) makes the difference , LOL !! Very often it turns out to be sellers who think they remember me from last year etc etc- maybe I have a shoppaholic twin - oh yes, wait - that's me !! I am very surprised to learn that it's not universal , what about all the staff when you leave the hotel , surely they line up for a hug ?? I don't have any problem with it , it's lovely to be affectionate and surprising how quickly you can become friends
