Hi you two...just to say my husband and I (hehehe-sounds quite royal, that...husband and I) are thoroughly enjoying your JBR reports. So true that they appreciate the effort of you learning some of the lingo. That is part of the fun for me, and sure helps when trying to explain what you really want to see or do. (I can't imagine locals in other countries being quite so gracious about attempts at their language as the Balinese are with us).
Now I am taking lessons at the Indonesian Embassy here, and hoping some of the stuff I am learning helps on the next trip as I try to be more adventurous.
