Tony....I went to Bali in 1978 with my wife and it was obviously a lot different then. She talked me in to going back last year and I was more than a little sceptical, however I decided to make the trip. I had the greatest time as did we all and I must tell you that I can't wait to go back this year in early Sept. I think if we all sat at home and worried about the things the "might" happen we wouldn't venture too far! The people are exceptionally friendly, the food (and beer) are great and the trip was something I will treasure forever. Trust me...and I may sound like the Captain of the Titanic .....you will enjoy it and after you get back you won't be able to wait until you book your next trip. If you are there around the same time I would like to buy you a Bintang or three.
