another day in paradise weather still overcast and warm,not that dry sweaty heat of this time of month, very unseasonable.Surf still up probably going to get bigger towards full moon on tuesday, watch the rips on kuta and legian beach very unnoticable but deadly.Just a word of warning reported 3 of my crew down with food poisoning just read others from Melasti apartments had same problem(think I saw you guys there)Two have been very ill straight onto antibiotics from apotek dont give food poisioning time to get hold - from SEAFOOD!!!Had Thai food at restaurant opposite Dynasty Hotel friend begged to go there noone eating except us, couple crabs later and all hell broke loose.Another restaurant wont mention cause they do have good food usually nice fish but oh no couple of hours later more down with food poisoning. SEAFOOD guys is a no no at the moment its very expensive for the restaurants to buy and they wont throw it away if out of date if someone will buy it,if the restaurant isnt doing big business dont order seafood.Jimbaran Bay is the only place that it comes straight from the boats to the ice and you can see it fresh yourself yeh it can be more expensive but so can a week in bed or worse a aussie lady ran into spent a week in hospital on drip!!!Sorry to be bad tidings announcer but there is also a type of foot and mouth disease(not a doctor so cant elaborate but my aussie friend doctor back in australia said its passed by children)is going around ,another aussie lady at my losmens has just been treated for it has been so sick so WASH YOUR HANDS non stop or take anibacteria wipes with you.Ok its not your regular holiday hints everyone wants to know but hey if it helps anyone have safe sick free holiday by giving advise Ill do it!So far Im healthy and happy maybe getting too fat from all the great food and many bintangs but at least you can keep going with that.Oh dont forget the vitamin C everywhere someone is sick with flue too cold for the balinese at moment.Well thats all from Dr.Bali(only joking no expert only stating observations hope someone takes heed)?
