Do the divers on the forum all have dive licences? I was just wondering as its a really popular topic at the moment.
Im planning to do some snorkelling in May which I dont mind doing on my own. Im travelling without my husband, but I was wondering if all of the people who go diving have dive licences and dive on a regular basis at home? or can you do shallow dives in Bali without a dive licence? If so is it safe?
The wreck of the U.S cargo ship Liberty at Tulamben sounds interesting is it in shallow water or is it a dive only adventure?
