Tegal Sari, Ubud

I'm looking for info on the Tegal Sari in Ubud. If anyone has stayed there, I'd love some feedback on how it was. Also, how did you go about booking? Did you call direct to Tegal Sari, or go through a travel agent? I've gone to the tegal sari website, and sent an e-mail through their link, but received a reply from ABL Tours.

Any thoughts much appreciated.
