hi,me & my wife had room 175 until 5/02/06,we stayed 14 nights,never noticed any smells,noisy a/c,etc.
only thing was the owners 2 beagles a couple of nights were being minded by security,which was down below these rooms,they yapped a bit,but was no big deal.
in our opinion these rooms were great for the money.
hope you have a great time,and look for putu out front on the steps,he,s a great driver.
