I think you will find echinacea would be part of that mixture and I would be very surprised if you could get that in Bali in either tincture or dried herb, unless it is imported. If you want quality product you may do better to buy here and take with you. If you do find good quality product there of the herbs you mention post and let us know. Some of the chinese herbs there should be ok; like the Ganoderma (Reishi) you want and maybe astragalus.
