Seeking herbal medication

I am thinking of buying a concoction that I buy here called Astra Forte. It has Astragalus (root),Pivet Fruit & Reishi Mushroom (root).
If I went to a local apotic would they make it up and do I need to convert these ingredients into Indonesian. Now for the amounts - that could cause a problem . What do you think?
