Haven't stayed there myself but all I can say is that Sofitel is the best category in the Accor hotel group. Sofitel is 5 star so can't imagine all the young ones would stay there and would be in your age bracket. You could email the Accor Group and ask the things that you want to know. It would have restaurant and bar facilities for sure. I would think it would be fabulous
