Advice on planning Dentist/Holiday Trip

Hi
We are planning a trip in May/June and want to do the teeth thing as well as spend time up north and on the north east coast. Not too keen on Kuta or Denpasar and would rather avoid them if possible. I've heard that Dr Supipto is very good and can be emailed beforehand. Have heard there is a good Dentist in Tuban but not sure how to go about getting appointments beforehand so we can plan our holiday around it. I would be grateful for any suggestions.
