I have been have major problems & agonizing pain & I am currently in the unfortunate situation of going through the same thing here in Adelaide & for 1 root canal & 1 crown the whole process has been quoted including a night dental guard about $2,500.Just to save one tooth !

BTW - for future reference - Does this dentist in Bali do gas & injections ? Believe me I am THE biggest sook when it comes to dental work,it's a huge phobia for me.I reckon child birth is easier <LOL> Dentists just about have to knock me out to work on my mouth.
