Ok, as to where you could buy LOOSE silk frangipani flowers in Bali I am not goint to be of much help as I havent seen any. The only ones I have seen in bali are on a stem, [the same kind of thing Colleen was referring to in her post]. Those were available in Ace Hardware [at the rear of Kuta Galleria] along with all sorts of other faux flowers i.e Gingers, etc and I thought still pretty expensive. I dont know that they were silk tho.
As I dont know what you intend using them with regard to the wedding, I can offer one other alternative which is relatively inexpensive and available in Aust. Some of the cheap $2 type shops sell the faux frangipani leis in a variety of different colours, pale, fluro etc. Generally they cost $2 per lei and the flowers while not a perfect frangipani flower are definitely in that shape. you could take the lei apart and use the 'flowers' on their own. If you want to have a frangipani smell added to them you can purchase a frangipani oil on ebay.
If you think this may be suitable but cant find any re-post and I can more than likely organize to get some to you. Hope this may be of some assistance...cheers
