a couple of other ideas...

go to Geneva Handicrafts they sell the bags of floating candles shaped like frangipanis...and you could have these either on tables or a large display at a central point for your party.

Also shops such as Dusk sell frangipani / coconut fragranced candles etc which would give you that tropical feel [if you understand what i mean]. They also sell the bowls for floating candles.

If you are able to bring back from bali, what about a 4 of the tiered ceremonial umbrellas which could be dotted around the room. All u need to put it in is a large plastic pot/bucket, spray paint it white or what ever colour then tie a large sash / bow around it. In bali the umbrellaa aren't over the top in price and if you have a colour theme then you could try to get similar.

Hire some large palms from a plant rental company for the day / evening. They deliver and pick up...

Have some Bintang available for those who want to drink beer...LOL

Anyway just a couple of relatively simple suggestions which may add a splash of colour for you.

Having done a quick search of the archives I now realize you are getting married in July in Bali. Congratulations. Seems you are using BPW - I know Allie & Nyoman will do everything to make your day very special. Good luck with it all...cheers :-)
