By the way, have you ever been in a car behind a lorry in Bali emitting black clouds cancerogene fumes? That, if anything is dangerous to your health. Living and breathing in the centre of a big city is like smoking a pack of cigarettes a day - and there is nothing you can do about but move to the outback. And by visiting Bali, you are a guest in the island, like it or not. It was not about being a (paying) customer in a restaurant!
