G'day Heather

In the only experience that we have had these guys are doing a great job.
About 7 weeks ago, just after we left Bali, our partner David had an incident where his father Ian had a nasty fall up in the highlands as a result of a small stroke that compounded the Dementia he was suffering from.
David had him admitted to Sanglah for observation and after 24 hrs the Doctors decide that a Medical Evacuation to Perth was required ASAP. David headed back up to his hotel to make arrangements and was soon contacted by the Consulate (he didn't even have to inform them) asking what he required to help wth the Evac.
They arranged Visa's for the Doc and one of Davids staff in a very short time and did all that was required to make sure that Ian was going to get home as comfortably as possible with all the help he needed.

If they're busy doing stuff like this and not got time to reply to thankyou notes then I for one won't be complaining.

Let's face it, it's not about manners, just priorities.
