If the Consulate in Bali is not performing (and, hey, imagine having to actually work in Bali!!) send a copy of the positive email you sent to the Bali Consulate - and any/all other unanswered correspondence - to our esteemed Foreign Minister, Alex Downer - and/or to whomever the Minister For Tourism might be - dunno, but easy to find out - let your fingers do the walking. Gov't Ministers DO reply, albeit thru their staff, yet you always get a response, get results sometimes. After all, that's what they're bloody well paid for - to represent and respond to the citizens of Oz. Mention the tennis player - ask for advice. Ask for info on the Bali Tourist Police. Make them do some work!! LOL
