You'll have no trouble at all coming home with an all over tan, but it may be difficult to find places where there are other nudists.
We were told years ago by a very well informed Balinese tour guide [he wasn't our guide, we just got talking to him on Geger Beach in Nusa Dua] that if you go around the rocky headland on the right of Geger Beach you come to a free beach. Yes, he used the term "free beach" and he was also familiar with the German/European term "FKK". You can only access this [supposed] free beach easily at low tide and we never went there.
Some Forumites have commented on nudity in Sanur in areas popular with European tourists, but I have never stayed in that area. Some of the surf beaches popular with Europeans on the Bukit are fairly relaxed in this respect, but it's more likely that your nudity will just be ignored, rather than you finding that others will join you.
If you go further up the beach from La Lucciola to Berawa Beach or beyond, you will probably be OK, but again you will be unlikely to see others.
