There are no "official" clothes optional beaches in Bali, but it's not too difficult to "get out of the way". I've wandered around quite a lot and if I see locals bathing nude, which is not uncommon, then I neither look nor avoid looking. If it obviously doesn't bother you, then it probably doesn't bother them either.
There are a number of gay or gay friendly resorts which are clothes-optional. Have a look at the gay links on:

I'm not gay and I'm not suggesting that you may be either and it doesn't bother me one way or the other. Just a bit more info for you to follow up on.
But if you are looking for well known free beaches, official or unofficial, well Bali just does not have them.
