Any one can post a question and if one is not prepared to provide an answer then don't. Someone else will always help out.
If the constant , same questions gets on anyone's nerve ...then pass on by. The issue of posting " search the archives ", to me, is quite childish. It is better to ignore and not post anything IMHO.
