Haven't been yet, but i think the whole wrapping thing is unnecessary. Creates excess rubbish for the Balinese to deal with;
Tampertells (do a search if you haven't heard of them...lots of posts about them) are cheap and effective, and don't cause this problem.
I understand people are worried about their holidays (and lives!) being ruined, but try to put in perspective the number of people being caught, compared to the number of travellers landing in Bali every week. Also keep in mind that not all of those being caught are innocent. (Not mentioning any names, because i have NO personal knowledge of any of the current cases...)
We just need to use a bit of commonsense.
Be alert, be aware, but don't be paranoid.

Just my 2 cents worth;

PS: I don't mean to stir up a fight; i just believe that all this stuff in the media is creating unnecessary worries for a lot of us travellers.
