Any of the bigger luggage shops (Victoria station is one here in Melbourne, I'm sure there are plenty more) will stock them; also I think Downtown Duty Free and possibly other duty free or travel type shops are worth a try.
They also have a dedicated website which lists stockists. Sorry, Don't know the URL, but google 'Tampertell' and I'm sure you'll find it.
