that's no excuse for him to be treated with such disrespect in a 5 star hotel. I would be very angry if after paying big $ for a nice hotel, the cleaning staff didn't even bother to replace my towels. The electricity problem was dangerous and should have been fixed. His complaints should have been addressed. There is no excuse for it.
