That is pathetic adults playing hard ball around bubbs, very irresponsible. I think the Balinese staff dont say anything because they would never want to step on anyones toes or upset guests no matter what there actions or age. You just have to be so careful these days, no one wants to be involved in an accident at home let alone in a foreign country. I'd always speak up if I saw this idiotic behaviour going on.
