Haggling over price for Drivers & Tailor

I just wanted to ask, do you haggle over the price for a driver or a tailor? If so, what is the suggested price for a driver for a day, you know the usual day trips to Ubud, Tannah Lot etc.

Also haggling at tailors.........I have a few names written down that I got from the BTF, Top Jas (are they still around??) Janoko, Eni Tailor, etc Just wondering if you have to haggle over the price at tailors as you do on the streets.
